Data Retention

We will retain the data of registered members for a period of two years following their final login. Accounts not accessed within this time will be deemed inactive and all personally identifiable data erased. Any remaining data will be anonymised and used only for statistical purposes.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you at any time. A small administration fee may be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact the Data Protection Manager. We will aim to provide this within one month.

Erasing Your Personal Data

You may also request that we erase your personal data.

This can be done by logging into your Inner Calm dashboard and navigating to the Account management section. Here, you can permanently delete your account, including all personally identifiable data. You must first ensure you have no active membership subscriptions. Please be aware that this process is irreversible and your account can not be recovered.

You can also request that we erase your personal data by contacting the Data Protection Manager. Data subjects who request that their personal data is corrected or erased or who are contesting the lawfulness of our processing can apply for its use to be restricted while the application is made. To do so they should contact the Data Protection Manager. You may object to data processing where we are relying on a legitimate interest to do so and you think that your rights and interests outweigh our own and you wish us to stop.
